Publication of our prospective study evaluating intra-articular administration of mdMSCs in horses with chronic osteoarthritis
We are proud to announce the publication of our prospective study, in Animals, evaluating intra-articular administration of autologous muscle-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (mdMSCs) in horses with chronic osteoarthritis. This GL-9 compliant clinical trial, conducted within the regulatory framework for veterinary ATMP development demonstrated significant improvement in clinical scores and lameness following a single administration, together witha favorable safety profile under field conditions.
This publication represents an important milestone for the clinical and regulatory development of Revatis' cell therapy platform.
